Help Centre › Paying from Zimbabwe

How do I add funds to my account balance?

In the client area, open Billing → Add Funds, enter an amount and pay it like any invoice. The money is held in your account balance ("My wallet"), and renewal invoices are paid from it automatically.

  1. Sign in to the client area and open Billing → Add Funds, or go straight to Add Funds.
  2. Enter the amount you want to add, in US dollars.
  3. Choose a payment method and continue. The top-up is paid like any invoice.
  4. Complete the payment: see the guides for EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch, Omari, cards or crypto.
  5. Once the payment is confirmed, the amount is added to your balance.

Paying in by bank transfer or cash

  • Bank transfer: choose Bank Transfer (USD) on the invoice and follow the instructions shown; send proof of payment to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with the invoice number.
  • Cash: choose Cash Payments (Harare Billing Office) on the invoice and pay at Office 3, Mezzanine Floor, Batanai Gardens, corner of First Street and Jason Moyo Avenue, Harare. Bring the invoice number and ask for a receipt.

How much to add

Enough to cover your next renewals. Renewals are at the price you signed up at, so you can work out the total from your current invoices or the pricing page. A balance in hand means a lapsed card or a missed email never takes your site down.

Tip: For domains, make sure Auto Renew is switched on, so the renewal is paid from your balance on the due date.

Is there a fee?
Some payment methods carry a convenience fee. If yours does, it is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.
Is this the same as automatic renewal?
It is what makes it work: renewal invoices are paid from your balance on the due date. See How do I stop my services from expiring?
