Open the invoice in the client area, choose Paynow and click Pay Now, then pick EcoCash on Paynow's secure page and enter your EcoCash number. Approve the prompt on your phone with your EcoCash PIN, and the invoice turns Paid.
- Sign in to the client area and open Billing → My Invoices, or use the link in the invoice email.
- Open the unpaid invoice and choose Paynow as the payment method. It is listed with Visa, Mastercard, Ecocash, Innbucks, O’mari and Zipit.
- Click Pay Now. You are taken to Paynow’s secure payment page.
- Choose EcoCash and enter the EcoCash number you are paying from.
- A prompt appears on that phone asking for your EcoCash PIN. Enter the PIN to approve the payment.
- Wait for the confirmation. Back in the client area, the invoice shows Paid and your service activates or renews.
Tip: Have the phone with that EcoCash line switched on and in your hand before you click Pay Now. The PIN prompt appears on the phone, not on the screen you are paying from.
If something goes wrong
- No prompt, or it timed out or was cancelled. Check the number you entered. If the payment times out or is cancelled, start again from the invoice.
- Money left your wallet but the invoice still says Unpaid. Don’t pay again. See I paid with EcoCash but my invoice still says unpaid.
- EcoCash isn’t working for you today. The same invoice can be paid with InnBucks, a ZimSwitch card, Omari, Visa or Mastercard or crypto.
- Is there a fee?
- Some payment methods carry a convenience fee. If yours does, it is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.
- Can someone else pay from their EcoCash?
- Yes. Enter their EcoCash number on Paynow’s page. The prompt goes to their phone and they approve it with their own PIN. See How do I pay a bill for someone else?
- Can I pay at night or at the weekend?
- Yes. Online payments activate services automatically at any hour. Billing answers questions Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CAT.
