Open the invoice in the client area, choose Crypto Currency (Plisio) and click Pay Now, then pick Bitcoin, Tron or Litecoin on Plisio's secure page. Send the exact amount shown to the address shown, on the matching network, before the invoice's time limit runs out.
- Sign in to the client area and open Billing → My Invoices, or use the link in the invoice email.
- Open the unpaid invoice and choose Crypto Currency (Plisio) as the payment method.
- Click Pay Now. You are taken to Plisio’s secure payment page.
- Choose the coin you will pay with: Bitcoin (BTC), Tron (TRX) or Litecoin (LTC).
- Plisio shows the amount to send and a wallet address, with a QR code. Copy the address, or scan the QR code with your wallet app.
- In your wallet, check that the amount matches exactly what Plisio shows, then send it.
- Wait for the network to confirm. Plisio may show the payment as pending while it waits for confirmations. Once confirmed, the invoice shows Paid.
Three things to get right
- The network. Send each coin on its own network: Bitcoin on Bitcoin, Litecoin on Litecoin, TRX on Tron. Plisio warns that the sending and receiving blockchains must match. Exchanges often offer several networks for one coin, so check before you withdraw.
- The amount. The QR code may hold only the address, not the amount, so always check the amount yourself. If your exchange takes its withdrawal fee out of the amount you send, add the fee so the full amount arrives.
- The time limit. The Plisio invoice has a time limit. Send before it runs out. If it expires before you pay, start again from the invoice.
Tip: Once an invoice has expired, Plisio no longer accepts payment to it. Never send to an old address: start a new payment from the invoice instead.
Paid the wrong amount, or paid late?
Message billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with the invoice number, the coin, the amount sent and the transaction ID (hash) from your wallet. Billing will check the payment and tell you what happens next.

- Can I pay with USDT or another coin?
- Tremhost accepts Bitcoin, Tron and Litecoin. If you need another way to pay, ask billing.
