Tremhost invoices are in US dollars, and every payment method pays that USD invoice. The client area can also show prices in South African rand (ZAR) for reference, but you are billed in US dollars.
How each method pays your USD invoice
| Method | What you do |
|---|---|
| EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch, Omari, Visa, Mastercard (through Paynow) | Pay the invoice amount on Paynow’s secure page. How to pay an invoice |
| Stripe (card payments) | Choose Stripe on the invoice and pay by card. |
| Bitcoin, Tron, Litecoin (through Plisio) | Send the amount of coin Plisio shows for the invoice. Paying with crypto |
| Bank Transfer (USD) | Choose Bank Transfer (USD) on the invoice and follow the instructions shown; send proof of payment to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with the invoice number. |
| Cash Payments (Harare Billing Office) | Pay at Office 3, Mezzanine Floor, Batanai Gardens, corner of First Street and Jason Moyo Avenue, Harare. Bring the invoice number and ask for a receipt. |
What the rand prices mean
The client area can show prices in ZAR to help you compare. They are for reference only: the invoice itself is issued in US dollars, and that is the amount you pay.
Paying from a ZiG account or a non-dollar card
Paynow says some local options, such as Omari and ZimSwitch bank cards, support both USD and ZiG. Your Tremhost invoice is still in US dollars, so ask billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 before paying from a ZiG wallet or card. If you pay by card in another currency, your bank converts the US dollar amount and may charge its own fee.
Tip: Where a payment method carries a convenience fee, it is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay. Check the total before you click Pay Now.
- Do prices change with the exchange rate?
- No. Prices are set in US dollars, and renewals are at the price you signed up at. See all prices.
