- Monthly is what you pay each month if you bill monthly. A dash means the plan is sold yearly only.
- Yearly is one payment for twelve months. On web hosting, WordPress and email it is less than twelve monthly payments; on VPS, dedicated servers and reseller plans it is exactly ten.
- Renews at is the price of your second year or second month. It is the same as your first, because we do not use introductory pricing.
- Reseller 2 and Reseller 6 yearly prices are derived from the store's stated saving; the store shows their longer cycles first. The checkout total is final.

Prices checked against the store on 4 November 2026. If the checkout ever shows a different number, tell us on WhatsApp and we will honour the lower one.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. You renew at the price you signed up at. If base prices ever change, existing customers are given advance notice, and the change applies from the next renewal, not mid-term.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only fees not shown in the plan price are the setup fees listed in the table (managed VPS and dedicated servers) and a domain name if you register one. VAT is not added for customers outside Zimbabwe; Zimbabwean invoices show it separately where it applies.
Is yearly billing really cheaper?
On web hosting, WordPress and email, yes: Bvumba is $50 a year against $60 for twelve monthly payments. On VPS, dedicated servers and reseller plans, a year costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes on everything that shows a monthly price. Himalaya, the ESET licences, web design, school plans and e-commerce packages are yearly only.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If this is your first order with Tremhost, you can cancel web hosting, managed WordPress, business email or reseller hosting within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the plan fee. Domains, SSL certificates, licences, setup fees, paid migrations and renewals are not refundable. The full wording is in our Terms.
How can I pay?
In US dollars by EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch, Omari, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Tron or Litecoin. If a payment does not go through, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
Do prices include a domain name?
No. Domains are billed separately and renew yearly. You can use a domain you already own with any plan.
What currency do you bill in?
US dollars. The client area can display ZAR and INR equivalents, but invoices are issued in USD.
Which plan should I pick?
If you are not sure, start smaller: upgrading is one click in your client area and takes effect within minutes, with no migration fee. Or ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you plainly what fits.
