Open the invoice in the client area, choose Paynow and click Pay Now, then pick InnBucks on Paynow's secure page. Paynow gives you an authorisation code and a QR code: type the code or scan the QR code in the InnBucks app and confirm, and the invoice turns Paid.
- Sign in to the client area and open Billing → My Invoices, or use the link in the invoice email.
- Open the unpaid invoice and choose Paynow as the payment method. It is listed with Visa, Mastercard, Ecocash, Innbucks, O’mari and Zipit.
- Click Pay Now. You are taken to Paynow’s secure payment page.
- Choose InnBucks. Paynow shows an authorisation code, which can also be shown as a QR code.
- Open the InnBucks app on your phone and either type in the code or scan the QR code. On a phone, Paynow may also give you a link that opens the InnBucks app directly.
- Confirm the payment in the app.
- Wait for the confirmation. Back in the client area, the invoice shows Paid and your service activates or renews.
Tip: Paying on the same phone that has the InnBucks app? You can’t scan your own screen. Copy or note the code, then type it into the app, or use the app link if Paynow shows one.
If the code expires
Each authorisation code has an expiry time, so use it straight away. If the code expires, or the payment times out or is cancelled, start again from the invoice to get a new code.
- Can I pay a US dollar invoice with InnBucks?
- Yes. Tremhost invoices are in US dollars, and Paynow describes InnBucks as a USD-only payment option.
- Is there a fee?
- Some payment methods carry a convenience fee. If yours does, it is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.
- I paid but the invoice still says Unpaid.
- If the invoice still shows unpaid an hour after you paid, send the invoice number and the payment reference or a screenshot to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376.
Still stuck? Message billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with your invoice number.
