Payment questions

Anything else, ask billing on WhatsApp.

Do you accept PayPal?

No. Pay in US dollars by EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch, Omari, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Tron or Litecoin. If none of those works for you, message billing on WhatsApp and we will find a way.

Which currency am I charged in?

US dollars. Invoices are issued in USD; the client area can show ZAR equivalents for reference.

Is there a fee for paying by mobile money or card?

Some payment methods carry a convenience fee that covers what the processor charges us. It is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.

My card was declined. What now?

Most declines are the issuing bank blocking an international online payment. Ask your bank to allow it, or use EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch or Omari instead. If it still fails, send the invoice number to billing on WhatsApp and we will help.

I paid but my service is not active.

Card, mobile-money and ZimSwitch payments usually activate the service within minutes. If an invoice still shows unpaid after an hour, send the invoice number and the payment reference or screenshot to billing on WhatsApp (+263 78 596 0376).

Can I pay for several services at once?

Yes. Unpaid invoices can be paid together from the client area, and you can add funds to your account in advance ("My wallet") so renewals are paid automatically.

Do I get a tax invoice and receipt?

Every payment produces a PDF invoice marked paid in your client area, addressed to the company details on your account. Keep those details current so the invoice is right first time.

Can I get a refund?

If this is your first order with Tremhost, web hosting, managed WordPress, business email and reseller hosting can be cancelled within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the plan fee. Domains, SSL certificates, licences, setup fees, paid migrations and renewals are not refundable. The full wording is in our Terms.

Can I pay in cash at the office?

Payments are made online so every one has a reference and a receipt. If you need to bring documents or discuss an invoice in person, the office at Batanai Gardens, Harare, is open in office hours.

A payment that did not go through is a message away

Send the invoice number and a screenshot to billing. In office hours we usually have it sorted in minutes.
