How do I pay with Omari?

Open the invoice in the client area, choose Paynow and click Pay Now, then pick O'mari on Paynow's secure page and enter your Omari number. Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone to confirm, and the invoice turns Paid.

  1. Sign in to the client area and open Billing → My Invoices, or use the link in the invoice email.
  2. Open the unpaid invoice and choose Paynow as the payment method. It is listed with Visa, Mastercard, Ecocash, Innbucks, O’mari and Zipit.
  3. Click Pay Now. You are taken to Paynow’s secure payment page.
  4. Choose O’mari and enter the mobile number of your Omari account.
  5. A one-time code (OTP) is sent to that number. Enter it on Paynow’s page to confirm the payment.
  6. Wait for the confirmation. Back in the client area, the invoice shows Paid and your service activates or renews.

Tip: Type the code carefully. Too many wrong codes cancel the payment, and you then need to start again from the invoice.

If something goes wrong

  • No code arrived. Check the number you entered and that your phone has signal. If the payment times out or is cancelled, start again from the invoice.
  • Paid, but still Unpaid. If the invoice still shows unpaid an hour after you paid, send the invoice number and the payment reference or a screenshot to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376.
  • Omari isn’t working for you today. Pay the same invoice with EcoCash, InnBucks, a ZimSwitch card or Visa or Mastercard.
Is there a fee?
Some payment methods carry a convenience fee. If yours does, it is shown as its own line on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.
Should I share the code with anyone?
No. Enter it only on Paynow’s page. Tremhost staff will never ask you for it.

Still stuck? Message billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with your invoice number.
