The account holder opens the invoice in the client area and starts the payment; for EcoCash, they enter your EcoCash number on Paynow's page, and the PIN prompt comes to your phone. You can also pay by bank transfer, in cash at our Harare billing office, or by card or crypto, quoting the invoice number.
Start the same way every time: the account holder signs in to the client area, opens Billing → My Invoices and notes the invoice number. Then choose the method that suits the person paying.
| Method | How the other person pays |
|---|---|
| EcoCash | The account holder chooses Paynow, clicks Pay Now, picks EcoCash and enters the payer’s EcoCash number. The PIN prompt goes to the payer’s phone, and they approve it. |
| InnBucks | The account holder starts an InnBucks payment and sends the payer the authorisation code Paynow shows. The payer enters it in their InnBucks app. Codes expire, so send it straight away. |
| Card (Visa, Mastercard, ZimSwitch) | The payer types their own card details on the payment page, so this works best when you are together. |
| Crypto | The account holder starts a Plisio payment and sends the payer the coin, network, exact amount and address shown. The payer must send it before the time limit runs out. |
| Bank transfer | Choose Bank Transfer (USD) on the invoice and follow the instructions shown; send proof of payment to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with the invoice number. |
| Cash | The payer brings the invoice number to our billing office at Office 3, Mezzanine Floor, Batanai Gardens, corner of First Street and Jason Moyo Avenue, Harare, and asks for a receipt. |
Tip: Never share a client area password, PIN, one-time code or card number over WhatsApp. With the methods above, the payer confirms on their own phone or in person.
Paying from outside Zimbabwe
Family or partners abroad can pay a US dollar invoice by card or crypto from any country. See Can I order if I don’t live in Zimbabwe?
Whose name is on the invoice?
The paid invoice stays addressed to the company details on the account, not to the person who paid. If the invoice needs different details, send its number to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376.
