Outside office hours
Our team works Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CAT. If you order in the evening or at the weekend, we register the domain when the office next opens.
What slows it down
- Missing or wrong owner details, such as no street address or a phone number we can't reach. Check what you need.
- An unpaid invoice. We register the domain once it is paid.
- Someone else got there first. Searching doesn't hold a name, so register as soon as you've decided.

- Is a .org.zw or .ac.zw as quick?
- Those also need a signed letter on the organisation's letterhead, so we can only register them once the letter reaches us. Ask us for the current timing: see other .zw domains.
