Your nameservers are in the welcome email we sent when your hosting was set up, and on the hosting plan’s page in the client area.
- Sign in to the client area.
- Open Services and click the hosting plan.
- The nameservers are listed in the plan details. They are also in the welcome email, under the account information.
Tip: Different servers use different nameservers, so always copy them from your own welcome email or client area rather than from another customer or an old guide.
Lost the welcome email? In the client area, go to Email History and open it again, or open a ticket and we will resend it.
