Every cPanel reseller plan has unlimited cPanel accounts, WHM, 100% white label, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360, free SSL, Softaculous and SitePad. The plans differ in storage, bandwidth and whether WHMCS is free. Reseller 1 gives you 25 GB NVMe and 250 GB bandwidth. Our pick to start is Reseller 4: 60 GB and 800 GB for $12 a month. 2. Set up your brand
- Register a domain for your business, for example a .co.zw. Your clients will see it on their control panel and nameservers.
- Order your plan and sign in to WHM.
- Set up branded nameservers so your clients never see Tremhost.
- Create a package for each plan you will sell, then your first client account: see How do I create a cPanel account for a client in WHM?
- Set up billing so clients are invoiced and accounts are created when they pay: see How do I bill my clients with WHMCS?
- Put up your own website with your plans, prices, terms and how clients reach you.
3. Price it to cover your costs
You set your own prices. Cover the plan, any domains you register for clients, payment fees, and the time you will spend on support. No reseller plan guarantees an income: what you earn depends on how many clients you sign and keep. The calculator on the reseller page lets you test your own numbers.
4. Check registration and tax
We cannot advise on company registration, tax or licensing. Before you start taking payments, check what applies to your business with ZIMRA or an accountant.
5. Who supports whom
Your clients come to you, and you come to us. We run the servers, licences and security underneath. You answer your clients, and we give you human support from Harare by WhatsApp and tickets, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CAT. We are closed at weekends, so decide how you will handle your own clients' questions then.
Tip: Start on a smaller plan. You can upgrade from the client area as you grow, with no migration. If this is your first order with Tremhost, you can cancel reseller hosting within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the hosting fee. Domains, licences, setup fees, paid migrations and renewals are not refundable. The full wording is in our Terms.
- Will my clients see Tremhost?
- No. Reseller hosting is 100% white label: clients see your company in their control panel and nameservers.
- I only host a few sites of my own. Do I need a reseller plan?
- No. Web hosting from $30 a year is enough.
- I want to earn from referrals without running support.
- Our affiliate programme pays 15% of each sale your link brings in. We look after those customers.
