My mailbox is full. What do I do?

Raise the mailbox quota in cPanel if your plan has space, or delete or archive old mail, especially large attachments and the Sent and Trash folders.

1. In cPanel, open Email → Email Accounts and find the mailbox.
2. Click Manage, raise Allocated Storage Space (or set it to Unlimited) and click Update Email Settings.
3. If the whole hosting account is out of space, empty Trash and Sent in webmail, or check what is using the space.

Tip: Phones set up with POP3 can download and delete mail; phones set up with IMAP keep everything on the server. If storage keeps filling, archive old mail to your computer.
