How do I set up my email in Outlook?

Add the mailbox in Outlook as an IMAP account, using the server settings cPanel shows under Connect Devices.

1. In cPanel, open Email → Email Accounts and click Connect Devices next to the mailbox. Keep the page open.
2. In Outlook for Windows: File → Add Account, type the email address, open Advanced options, tick Let me set up my account manually, then choose IMAP.
3. Incoming mail: the server shown in Connect Devices, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS.
4. Outgoing mail: the same server, port 465, encryption SSL/TLS.
5. Enter the mailbox password and click Connect.

On a Mac, use Outlook → Settings → Accounts → + → New Account and choose IMAP when asked.

Tip: If Outlook keeps asking for the password, check the username is the full email address and that the password works in webmail.
