In cPanel, open Email → Email Accounts. The page lists every mailbox and shows how many you have used and how many are available.

“Unlimited” mailboxes still share your plan’s disk space. A few mailboxes full of attachments can fill a small plan, so set a storage quota on each one. See My mailbox is full.
- Does info@ count as a mailbox if it only forwards?
- No. A forwarder isn’t a mailbox. Only addresses you create under Email Accounts count. See info@ for several people.
