How do I upload my website files?

Upload them into the public_html folder with cPanel’s File Manager, or with an FTP program for large sites.

1. Log in to cPanel and open Files → File Manager.
2. Open the public_html folder. This is your main domain’s website.
3. Click Upload and choose your files. For many files, upload one .zip, then right-click it and choose Extract.
4. Make sure your home page is named index.html or index.php and sits directly in public_html, not in a sub-folder.

Extra domains you have added have their own folder, shown when you created them under Domains.
