A .co.zw has no transfer (EPP) code. Ask us to take the domain over, have your current registrar release it to us, and confirm the transfer as the registered owner; we handle the rest, and no letter or ID copy is needed.
A .co.zw moves between registrars by release, not by code. .co.zw is administered by ZISPA, and we deal with that side for you.
- Check whose name the domain is in. Ask your current registrar who the registered owner is. If it's your web designer or a former employee, the owner has to change as well: see How do I change the owner of a .co.zw domain?
- Tell us the domain. Order the transfer in the client area, or message us on WhatsApp with the domain name and your current registrar.
- Ask your current registrar to release the domain to Tremhost. We tell you exactly what to ask for.
- Confirm the transfer as the owner. Send your confirmation during the order, on WhatsApp or in a support ticket. No letter or ID copy is needed.
- We complete the transfer once we have both the release and your confirmation.
- Done. The domain is then renewed through us, on the same account as your hosting and email.
Tip: Leave the nameservers as they are until the transfer has finished. A transfer changes who manages the registration, not where the domain points, so your website and email stay up.
