Add a forwarder in cPanel: every message sent to one address is also delivered to another.
- In cPanel, open Email → Forwarders.
- Click Add Forwarder.
- Enter the address to forward (for example
info) and choose the domain. - Choose Forward to Email Address and type the destination address.
- Click Add Forwarder.
To catch mail sent to addresses that do not exist, use Email → Default Address. We recommend leaving it set to reject: catch-all addresses attract spam.
Tip: Forwarding to Gmail can trigger spam filters for forwarded junk. If you only need to read the mail, add the mailbox to Gmail with IMAP instead.
