How do I restore my website from a backup?

If your cPanel has JetBackup, restore files, databases or email yourself from there. Otherwise open a ticket and we restore from our daily backup.

Restore it yourself

1. In cPanel, look under Files for JetBackup.
2. Choose what to restore (files, databases, email), pick the date, and click Restore.

Ask us

Open a ticket with the domain, what to restore, and the date before the problem started. We restore from the daily backups we keep.

Restoring your own downloaded backup? Upload the files to public_html and import the database with phpMyAdmin.
