Yes, if the domain is registered with Tremhost: open a ticket and tell us what to change. If it is registered elsewhere, the change has to be made in that registrar’s account.
For domains registered with us we can change nameservers and DNS records on request. For domains registered with another company we have no access to their control panel, so either make the change yourself (most registrars have a simple DNS page) or ask that registrar’s support, giving them the nameservers from your Tremhost welcome email.
