How do I create a subdomain?

In cPanel, open Domains, click Create A New Domain and type the full subdomain, such as shop.yourdomain.com.

1. In cPanel, open Domains → Domains and click Create A New Domain.
2. Type the full subdomain, for example shop.yourdomain.com.
3. Untick Share document root to give it its own folder.
4. Click Submit. The subdomain works as soon as DNS has updated, normally within minutes when your domain already points to us.

A subdomain is a good home for a shop, a staging copy of your site, or a portal, without buying another domain.
