Every payment produces a PDF invoice marked Paid in your client area under Billing → My Invoices, addressed to the company details on your account. Download it there for your records; organisations that need a formal quotation first can ask our sales team on WhatsApp.
- Sign in to the client area and open Billing → My Invoices.
- Open the invoice you need. Paid invoices show Paid.
- Use the download or print option on the invoice page to save it as a PDF.
- File it with your accounts, or forward it to your accountant.
Get the company details right first
Invoices are addressed to the company details on your account. Keep them current so every invoice is right first time: see How do I change my company name or address on invoices? If an invoice has already been issued with the wrong details, send its number and the correct details to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376.
Zimbabwean invoices show VAT separately where it applies. VAT is not added for customers outside Zimbabwe.
Quotations for schools, NGOs, government and enterprise
Organisations get a written quotation, a US dollar invoice addressed to the organisation, and a receipt for the auditors. Ask for a quotation on WhatsApp +263 73 563 9917, and pay it by any of our methods.
Paid by bank transfer or cash?
- Bank transfer: choose Bank Transfer (USD) on the invoice and follow the instructions shown; send proof of payment to billing on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 with the invoice number. Once billing has recorded the payment, the paid invoice is in your client area like any other.
- Cash at our Harare billing office: pay at Office 3, Mezzanine Floor, Batanai Gardens, corner of First Street and Jason Moyo Avenue. Bring the invoice number and ask for a receipt.
Tip: Need every invoice for the year? They all stay under Billing → My Invoices, so you can download them at year end for the auditors.
