The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Zimbabwe gathers together professionals and various stakeholders in the fields of logistics, transport and supply chain management; its digital platform should communicate the organisation’s purpose, show the opportunities for professional development, help to engage members and highlight the activities which bring the industry together.
Since 2021, Tremhost has worked with CILT Zimbabwe to support its website and overall online presence as part of an ongoing digital journey.
The aim was not merely to put information online; it was to create a digital home for the organization- one that could communicate its activities, connect with its audiences, and help ensure its ongoing presence in the industry.

The Approach: Evolve, Refine, Improve
From the start of the engagement, the website went through several versions as we considered different ways to present CILT Zimbabwe online.
Each iteration aimed to better match the institution’s identity and information with the requirements of its audiences.
Instead of treating the first launch as the final product, we kept improving the platform until we reached the version we believed best reflected the institution’s requirements and digital strategy.
This is the approach we follow when developing websites: we build with a clear purpose, learn through iterative improvements,, and keep enhancing the solution until it suits the organization it serves.
