Are you thinking about running Plesk on a server of your own? Here is how to do it with Tremhost, and what to choose if you would rather have the server managed for you.
Plesk on a KVM VPS
Tremhost’s KVM VPS plans start at $15 a month for 2 dedicated CPU cores, 2 GB RAM and 40 GB NVMe storage, with 32 TB of monthly traffic, one IPv4 address and full root access. Tremhost sells Plesk Web Host Edition licences from $5 a month, so you can run Plesk on the VPS for a low monthly cost.
The KVM VPS plans are unmanaged: you install, secure and update the server and Plesk yourself.
If you want the server managed
Tremhost’s managed server option is the Managed cPanel VPS, which uses cPanel & WHM rather than Plesk. It starts at $80 a month plus a $7 setup fee, and includes LiteSpeed, CloudLinux and Imunify360, server maintenance and core updates, and daily backups kept for 7 days.
Which to choose
- Choose a KVM VPS with a Plesk licence if you specifically want Plesk and are comfortable looking after a server.
- Choose a Managed cPanel VPS if you would rather Tremhost’s technicians looked after the server and cPanel suits you.
