Add-on
Armor Mail
The most expensive email your business will ever receive looks exactly like a real invoice from a real supplier, in a real thread, with one digit changed on the account number. We catch it before anyone sees it.
10 mailboxes minimum.
Invoice fraud is how money actually leaves a Zimbabwean business
A filter is not a policy. The single most effective control against invoice fraud costs nothing: phone the supplier on a number you already had, never one from the email, before changing any banking details. We’ll say this to your finance team for free.
Not dramatic hacking. A supplier’s mailbox gets compromised, the attacker reads months of real correspondence, waits for a genuine invoice, and sends the same one with new banking details:
01 The thread is real
Same people, same subject line, same friendly sign-off. Everything checks out because everything is real except the account number.
02 Procurement pays it
They're doing their job. Nothing looked wrong, because nothing was wrong until the last message.
03 The money is gone
Cross-border, withdrawn within hours, and your bank's recall process is a formality. Recovery is rare.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
1. Does this work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes, both — and with mailboxes hosted here. Deployment is by API for Microsoft and Google, which means no MX record change and no interruption at all.
2. Will we lose legitimate mail?
That's what the two-week monitor period is for. We tune against your actual mail flow before anything is blocked, and we manage the quarantine ourselves so a false positive is our problem, not your staff's.
3. Is it cheaper than Microsoft's own add-on?
Yes. Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 lists at $2 per user a month. Our ten-pack works out at $1.20 a mailbox, and $1.50 standalone — with the tuning and the quarantine handled for you.
4. We already have spam filtering. Isn't this the same thing?
No. Spam filters catch bulk junk. Invoice fraud arrives as a single, well-written, personally addressed message in a real thread — exactly the kind of mail a spam filter is designed to let through.
5. What if someone clicks anyway?
Tell us immediately. We'll help contain it: reset credentials, check for forwarding rules the attacker set, and look at what else in your mail was touched.
6. How many mailboxes do we actually need to protect?
The ones that receive invoices and the ones that can authorise payment, at minimum. In most businesses that's finance, procurement, the directors and reception. Ten covers a typical small office.
